Band is very lose but can do the job

It fits my small 6 pound chihuahua mix perfectly, I measured it before buying it. The material is plastic, a little bit cheaper than I like, it’s very flexible. Unfortunately the part that connects around the neck was too big for her but all I had to do what cut off some parts with the scissors and now it fits perfectly. I will definitely buy it again.
